Yesterday for Father's Day we went out to eat at Chili's. Toward the end of lunch, I look over and Daniel is drawing on the wall with his crayon! Shocked, I walked over to him and said, "What is this?" He looked at me with the most pouty eyes and said, "The empty tomb."
Now what I am supposed to do with that? Allan said we are supposed to spread this symbol all over the metroplex. Daniel's only doing his part to spread the gospel of Jesus. Should I punish him? Richard and I couldn't agree on a consequence because we were laughing so much at the fact that he drew the empty tomb!
He did have to give me one of his favorite toys for the day and help me clean it off the wall. And, we had the normal talk about respecting other people's property. But, at least if you're going to put graffiti on something, he was painting Christian graffiti.

1,400 years from now they'll be digging through the "Chili's Catacombs" to study the faint, yet clear, "Empty Tomb Etching" discovered during a routine trenching for more computer cables. The image will spark a nation-wide conversation about the Resurrection. It'll lead to a world-wide renewal of faith and trust in our Risen Lord.
Way to go, Daniel!!
I mean....uh....
...tsk, tsk, tsk. Daniel, how could you?
